Not only do I love the service the Ferry provides - making it more enjoyable getting around the city - but I'm also grateful to the people who work there. The other day I accidentally left behind my wallet, and to my surprise, it was returned to the lost and found at the Wall Street stop. Even more amazing, not one thing was missing! Thank you so much, hopefully I run into the crew who returned it, and can buy you lunch !
It can be very overcrowded, especially on weekdays. However, they offer a free ride to IKEA on weekdays. If you're interested in spending time in the store, taking the ride (available until 3:30 pm) is a great idea.
