Great service and help
The 5:14 PM from Astoria to E 90th is consistently late causing me and several other riders to miss out connecting ferry and be stranded in the cold for an hour. It would be nice to adjust schedules so that you at least give 10 minutes time to allow for connections. Completely unacceptable.
Signage was wrong, staff pointed us in the wrong way, waited for 30 minutes for the wrong boat.
I have taken the Ferry weekly on different routes off and on for the past 5 years. Pros: Nice way to get around. Cons: Customer service is worst than Spirit Airlines. Boarding here is extremely inconsistent and unprofessional. Some Crew are clear and yell out a few details of their ferry departing. Others say absolutely nothing except death-stare at passengers disdainfully.
