We are letting people do jaywalk, this has to stop. It tired of this nonsense. We need to make a new law. Pedestrians cannot cross the street unless their crosswalk sign is on. No pedestrians should cross the street when the traffic has green light. I don’t care there is no cars going, pedestrians need to wait for their turns. We need to ticket them $150 for jaywalking

Called customer service this morning to request the status of a handicap parking permit on behalf of my dad who applied 6 MONTHS ago. He doesn’t speak any English. The lady on the phone already had an attitude at 10am. First of all, her background noise sounded like subway trains constantly passing by yet she gave me attitude every time I said I couldn’t hear her clearly.
