I randomly came across this class on Instagram and decided to give it a try and what a great decision it was! Megha’s energy is unmatched; she’s not only a beautiful dancer but also incredibly patient in teaching the steps. Her enthusiasm and encouragement made the whole experience so much fun!
I wrote my first NYC Bhangra review 8 years ago - and all these years later, Megha and the NYC Bhangra team continue to shine and bring the joy of dance (and a great cardio workout) to both adults and kids alike. Last May as part of an Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage month celebration at a local Montessori preschool, Megha created a fun and vibrant atmosphere for the little kids, teaching and adapting her dance lessons based on the different age groups. 10/10 must do. They make class so fun and you really learn!
I loved every minute of this class. I went in with minimal experience. By the end I was in the zone. Megha has amazing energy and charisma. She gives you a workout along with culture lessons. I am happy to come back.
