I'm very happy with my experience. They answered the phone every time I called with a question (most businesses have voicemail answer or make you talk to a robot). I was given options to make sure that I was getting the best vacuum for my needs. I was surprised and pleased by how quickly they were able to get the item in stock. They even brought it to my home to help me avoid a shipping charge. Thank you so much!!! I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
After six years of faithful service, our Dyson upright called it quits. It was obvious there was a problem with the belts. After internet research and video, it was also obvious that I needed a professional. I chose wisely. - It was expertly repaired in the time promised. I will not hesitate to do business with them in the future, and I confidently recommend them.

Our Riccar vacuum roller bar stopped spinning so we took it to a local repair shop in Peoria. They were unable to fix it, so we decided to drive to Bloomington and get a second opinion. After some troubleshooting, Nybakke was able to fix it for us. They were very communicative and determined to fix our vacuum for us. It was definitely worth the drive to be able to get it repaired. Thank you!!!
