Pick up process was way too slow. I was first in line and it still took 10-15 minutes to get me on my way. Drop off wasn't very seamless either - I was told to bring the car back with 7/8 tank full, which I did. But the lady didn't believe me and had to go back inside to a desktop computer to check images that showed how much fuel was in the car when I picked it up. They should rent out all cars full of fuel to make the whole process simpler.
