Having been a patient at various hospitals in NYC, I agree with the strike. These nurses deserve a raise and more help. Give more of the money you collect from patients to the nurses who take exceptional care to all the patients. Thank you to all the nurses. You are the ones that keep the hospitals open. God bless all of you.
Terrible customer service. Take forever to respond to emails, and are very rude on the phone. I was very excited about joining an association, but left 1 day after joining.
