Disgusted how they run their business, I needed a car for the weekend I put a reservation, when I show up they are closed, we keep calling and they don’t answer.
I put a reservation for a car today, when I arrived the business was closed no was there to even say no more cars were available. I keep calling their numbers and no one is answering, very unprofessional.
Where do I even begin? I was in desperate need of a rental service local in my area due to a schedule conflict with my travels. I stumbled upon NY - rent a car - and am I glad I did.
