Mike and the entire team made my physical therapy fantastic.
I've been suffering with severe chronic lower back pain for a couple of years now and I depend on the physical therapy team at Jag One to help get me through my days, weeks, ect. Knowing I have a team of knowledgeable, compassionate and patient therapist and staff makes me look forward to each session. Colleen, Mike, Jordan and staff makes each patient feel like they're VIP and I truly appreciate their level of commitment and dedication to one's recovery and health.
My daughter and attend PT twice a week and it is a fun caring environment. They are patient with my daughter who has special needs and she loves both her therapists. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. One of the best places I have received therapy.
Love everyone at jag pt in valley stream, so caring and gentle. The front desk sheniyah and tatiana always makes sure I have my appointments and answer any question I have. I have been coming in for my knee and I have come a long way since.
