I’m writing this review to document my experience so others can make an informed decision. On the morning of my scheduled move, the company called around 8:00 AM to inform me that the originally assigned crew could not come due to a serious injury. I was told a replacement crew would handle the move instead. Because my building requires reserved freight elevator time, I had originally booked 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, and after that call, I secured another window from 3:00 PM–6:00 PM. These guys are the BEST! They moved our 4 bedroom from the heights to bushwick. They were incredibly fast, professional and affordable! We had a fantastic experience.
