I ordered an item described as a a 2 Pack of Bras. What came was a package with one bra. I contacted customer service to either get a refund or a second bra and sent in my order number and a photo of the ad showing the item was a 2 Pack. Still have not heard back from NY Lingerie and it has been three weeks now.
I have found this company good to deal with.
Items arrived on time and fit as expected. I will surely purchase from NY Lingerie again when the need arises.
Have ordered in the past from NY Lingerie, the underwire shaper, very satisfied then as well as now!!! Quality, Price, Fit & Comfort, all perfection!!! Had to go down in size, not a problem, plan to order more soon, Thank You!!!
