Elizabeth came into my life 2 years ago as a blessing in disguise. I was being transferred to her. I was having dilemma of trusting her as my new therapist. Eventually she and I connected. She made me aware what is trauma bonding and didn't downplay my situation. Yes, it did take over 5 years for me to overcome and face my trauma. But what I am today is all because of her. I can’t thank or recommend NYC Hypnosis enough. Elizabeth has helped me with anxiety and panic attacks which were terrifying me and impacting my life considerably. I had both a face to face session in the office and a Skype session and they both work amazingly. It is one of the best things I’ve done. Definitely worth every penny.
