This place for animals is the beginning of how these animals end up in shelters. This businessss Owner, Store Manager and Kennel Lead. Lie consistently to customers, treat their employees poorly unless you are a favorite. Create a toxic environment. The owner Gary, store manager Annmarie and Kennel Lead Becki, lie to customers about these puppies coming from reputable breeders. As someone who knows behind the scenes. These puppies come from puppy mills, come in sick, and the kennel staff are extremely neglectful to the pupp... read more

Honesty is the most important thing when buying a dog, unfortunately what happened to my family is incomprehensible. My family wanted to surprise kids for 2021 Christmas, they bought a dog in NY Breeder, Siberian Haskey 6 months, for 2 000 dollars. Immediately on his arrival on the very first day, we noticed that the dog was not normal, he was hiding under the couch, the table, he was not interacting or involved in anything, he was shaking all the time. We called NY Breeder several times that this dog has psychiatric/ psycho... read more

I visited this place in March 2020 in hopes of finding a reasonably priced puppy for my 7 year old son during the Covid-19 quarantine. I was originally interested in purchasing a Maltese puppy, but when I was told that they run at $4,500, I asked to see a puppy in a lower price range and was shown a 3 month old Shih Poo. The owner of the store offered to sell it to me for $2,800 (which was still too expensive in my opinion), stating that everyone wants a puppy right now and that business is so good he can't keep the dogs i... read more

I was charged 6,000 for a sick puppy who was given a clean bill of health and they will not do ANYTHING about it. STAY FAR AWAY. Also, check out this article about them: https://dailyvoice.com/new-york/whiteplains/business/westchester-health-dept-closes-white-plains-puppy-shop-temporarily/394548/.
