My experience with NXT Legal, and with the registered real estate agency licence linked to its director has left me deeply concerned about the handling of trust funds. I have reported my concerns to the appropriate authorities for review. In my view as a senior in the real estate industry, this overlap between legal and real estate services creates serious risks and potential conflicts of interest for both clients and agents. I strongly encourage anyone dealing with them to seek independent advice and oversight.

Exceptional service. 1st time home buyer here. They were patient and were able to help with tricky and sometimes difficult questions. They were prompt and professional with their handling with contracts and correspondences. If I could give you more stars I would. will definitely be liaising with you in my future purchases and recommending same to all my friends when they are ready to buy houses.
