My experience with NXT Legal, and with the registered real estate agency licence linked to its director has left me deeply concerned about the handling of trust funds. I have reported my concerns to the appropriate authorities for review. In my view as a senior in the real estate industry, this overlap between legal and real estate services creates serious risks and potential conflicts of interest for both clients and agents. I strongly encourage anyone dealing with them to seek independent advice and oversight.
