Them, like most of these places in Indiana are a joke. They don't help and are very rude. If you're seeking legal advice or a pro Bono attorney don't bother calling them. You'll just find yourself frustrated. Just another department of IN con artists doing the bare minimum or less and being paid for it. Don't waste your time.
