NW Works is an OUTSTANDING organization committed to the people they serve in finding employment or maximizing independence. I'm continuously impressed by the work done by staff to ensure clients are meeting their goals and are happy doing so. This is an organization that cares about their mission, the people they serve, their employees, and the wider community.
I have worked here now for like 6months and love it!! My coworkers were all friendly and welcoming! The work is so awesome the clients keep me on my toes and make me laugh so often!! I love seeing them so excited about accomplishing their jobs and new task.
