From the time you walk in Chaz and Juliette are warm and welcoming. They are attentive to your plan and help you work towards your goals but never make it painful and unbearable. They give great homework suggestions that are easy to follow and check in with you not only on how you felt from the previous PT but how I did at home the following day. The conversations between directions are fun and casual which makes it very inviting for all to engage in. I would definitely recommend this place. It never feels like work. 10/10
I did a clinical rotation here as a student under Chaz. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his field and seemed to be able to adapt to any situation that came up at the clinic. I saw patients of all types progress through therapy and return to their desired activities. I think that if you are considering going here as a patient, you should feel confident that Chaz will be able to find a way to help you. If you are considering going to school for physical therapy and need to get your observation hours, get them here!
I had a treatment for my anxiety that left me with BPPV and vertigo. After Chiro and other alternatives I landed with Ch at NW Therapy. I believe another poster below referred to him rudely as “man-bun”. I completely disagree with the review from that person. Chaz and Juliet were both great and provided amazing customer support. Guy with the little man bun and tribal tattoos is very rude Terrible customer service, went in to actually make an appointment because they weren’t answering the phone. Left a VM, and filled out something online. A day passes and still no response. when I walked in I tried to make an appointment, he told me they didn’t have a receptionist, which I get it but still . In January 2024, I had decompression of C2-C7 which is the entire neck minus 1 vertebrae. I was scared and unsure of my recovery but Craig here is amazing and has made me continue to have hope. I highly recommend this place they are amazing g and caring.
