Rescheduled me by several weeks due to staff absences, and then unilaterally cancelled my appointment the day before because of an out-of-date note on my account that they had already spoken to me about personally and clarified would not be addressed by them. It's beyond unprofessional to just decide to cancel a patient's appointment without even speaking to them, and that was a clear enough indicator that this practice was not likely to provide good service even if I persisted.

I have gone to PT at least 2 other times for neck issues over the last decade. Working with Jennifer was the fastest PT to discharge and the most focused treatment. Also the tools suggested for home care included a book that will allow me to try fixing the problem, should it reoccur, before coming back to PT. Excellent staff but the facility is way too small. They have such Excellent pt care that they are very busy always. They could easily double or triple the facility size and keep it full and busy. I've had PT on and off for decades at main many places. This is the smallest location yet the best people and the busiest I've ever seen a place.
