I have been going to PT here for about 8 months. Jenna is great! Highly skilled, attentive, and caring. All the staff seem knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to providing high-quality care. They work around your schedule and are resourceful in the utilization of the space they are given. I went from not being able to walk with multiple things torn in my knee to jogging and getting back to sports after surgery!
I'm sorry but this place is chaotic. The space is super cramped and loud. Forget about finding a place to park a lot of the time. The main PT and assistant are decent at their jobs but obnoxious, and I feel sorry for the front desk person trying to schedule patients. I wouldn't go here again or recommend it.
Having a great experience with NW
Rescheduled me by several weeks due to staff absences, and then unilaterally cancelled my appointment the day before because of an out-of-date note on my account that they had already spoken to me about personally and clarified would not be addressed by them. It's beyond unprofessional to just decide to cancel a patient's appointment without even speaking to them, and that was a clear enough indicator that this practice was not likely to provide good service even if I persisted.
