I had a very positive experience with this lovely furniture store. Their customer service is outstanding. We bought a bedframe that after it was delivered did not meet our needs. The salesperson and the owner were a available and understanding, and allowed us to have it picked up and returned.
Where do you go in Bend when you want your home to look like your home… and not just page 37 of a catalog? For me, there’s only one answer… Northwest Interiors. These folks don’t just sell furniture or design ideas… They listen. They ask questions about how you live… how you want your space to feel… and what matters to you. Here’s the part that blew me away… They furnished our entire home.. and it’s a big space .. for under $100k And it looks incredible. We had a wonderful shopping experience and found a desk that was a great find for us. We weren't looking for any particular piece but we saw it and had to have it. The customer service was very friendly during our time in the store. They never hovered or pressured us. They were very open to us having the delivery delayed for a few weeks. The experience was very pleasant and I will definitely shop there again and recommend it. Take a walk through, you may find just the right piece.
Great selection, but it’s clear that they cater to a certain demographic. I was told multiple times while shopping that I was not allowed to just “hang out” in the store, even though I was actively checking out furniture. Other, older customers were doing the same thing without comment, so it’s clear they didn’t trust me just because I appeared younger. As if people in their 20s don’t buy furniture. They were very kind and gracious to a fellow furniture store owner from far far away. I appreciated & enjoyed the interaction and ‘talking shop’ :-) Oh and the store is beautifully curated with just incredible pieces!
