We had a wonderful shopping experience and found a desk that was a great find for us. We weren't looking for any particular piece but we saw it and had to have it. The customer service was very friendly during our time in the store. They never hovered or pressured us. They were very open to us having the delivery delayed for a few weeks. The experience was very pleasant and I will definitely shop there again and recommend it. Take a walk through, you may find just the right piece.
Great selection, but it’s clear that they cater to a certain demographic. I was told multiple times while shopping that I was not allowed to just “hang out” in the store, even though I was actively checking out furniture. Other, older customers were doing the same thing without comment, so it’s clear they didn’t trust me just because I appeared younger. As if people in their 20s don’t buy furniture. They were very kind and gracious to a fellow furniture store owner from far far away. I appreciated & enjoyed the interaction and ‘talking shop’ :-) Oh and the store is beautifully curated with just incredible pieces!
Large selection. Large furniture. Going into NW Home Interiors is a RUSTIC/LODGE/ WESTERN experience. If you aren’t into the rustic style or have a smaller space, you probably won’t find much in this 3 story store. They carry a wide range of furniture quality so do be aware of that.
