I went to urgent care because I thought I had broken a bone in my heel, but the urgent care doctor informed me, after an xray, that there was a significant bone spur in my heel and referred me to a podiatrist. I went and saw Dr. Chung, because he was in town and I regret that choice. Even after confirming twice with urgent care and his clinic that my xray had been sent, it was never received. Went to follow up on possible broken foot. Dr Chung never let me know of it had been broken. He also sqeezed my feet more painfully than I've ever felt. And when using a tool to check for neuropathy he seemed rather gleeful at causing pain. And put adhesive wedges in my slippers without discussing it with me. I had told him the moment I stood up with these things in my slippers that it was painful for my arthritic knees and he said "well. Hopefully it gets better." I've been a patient for Dr. Chung before about two years ago for foot pain and he prescribed orthotics. The orthotics really helped with the pain. Now two years later, he surgically removed a wart that's been causing me troubles for about 2-3 months. Once again, he really helped me out and I would recommend him. He's funny, has an excellent bedside manner, and his staff is so helpful at both locations.
