Very nice customer service, bought a scooter from them for a great deal and 1 month later and my bearings where loose and cranky and they greased, and tightened up all the bolts for me.
So helpful! We were on a road trip, dropped by for a presta valve core. He gave us a core, filled the tire with more sealant, and charged us nothing.
This is such a great little bike shop. I really know very little about bikes, but they were incredibly helpful. I took my old bmx bike in to fix it up for my son. They told me it's approximate value as is (way more than I would have thought), how much it would cost to replace the brakes and tires, and showed us some comparable bike options based on what my son's riding activities are. Excellent customer service! I stopped by needing a small part for my bike, and they went above and beyond. They found the part I needed, installed it, and even made all the necessary adjustments at no extra charge. It's rare to find people who genuinely care more about helping than making a sale. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this shop!
Great experience when going to get some wheel bearings adjusted. The technician was knowledgeable, amicable, and curious about the bike the wheels came from, and got the bearings just right.
