I brought my 10 speed in to be converted to single speed and the person with vitiligo who greeted me was baffled and couldn't understand why I would bother them with such a job and why I wouldn't just leave it in that single gear. I had no words for that so I just left. Honestly I just feel stupid for thinking I could take my bike to a bike shop anymore.
I came here since I used to buy skateboard stuff here back in the day. My bike was having shifting issues, so they adjusted my derailleur and my bike shifts very nice now! Same day service in town is awesome. Definitely will go back for future bike needs.

Finally brought in my sons damaged scooter that I scored at goodwill. Terry fixed it in five minutes!!! Then totally unexpectedly and (much appreciated) she gave my 8 year old a brand new scooter that someone had donated. Thank you so much for being such a incredible business owner and community focused family. We really are so grateful.
Amazing knowledge and customer service. These guys know Bikes! Fixed my son's brake issues on a rarer model bike after 4 separate bike shops could not help. Thank you guys.
