Once again, won't cover thermostat repair! I should recieve the 1200 back from warranty, it's useless! I understand brakes and rotors not covered. That's not my complaint, the thermostat malfunctioning repair is the issue! I will continue to proceed further with this complaint until resolved. Every customer with concerns or complaints should recieve refund! This is not professional and a SCAM at this point.

This warranty is the worst ever. Basically we are out $1,800 - which is what we paid for 5 -star coverage. DO NOT PURCHASE. I don't believe for a minute that they have any 5 star reviews. My son purchased a used car that needed some work and they covered almost nothing. Maybe 5-10% of the work needed if even that. Dealership said they should all be covered expenses. What a terrible waste of money. If you need a warranty you'll be doing yourself a favor to look elsewhere.

Simply put DO NOT purchase a warranty from NVP if you are financing a used luxury vehicle because even if buy the highest level of coverage (which I did) and you go to the vehicle's dealership for quality repair (which I did) They have professional inspector to protect them from paying out money on luxury features or multifunctional electronic parts that are projected to need repair. Story goes, my horn stopped working... took the car to the dealership.... dealership tells me what needs to be repaired and contacts NVP.... NV... read more

If you want to get scammed get this warranty immediately. This warranty is literal garbage, now I will first begin with stating their exclusions, what the agreement provides no benefits for, in which they state they cover absolutely nothing. There is a total of A-Z of letters with each one stating various parts that are not covered, I will only highlight a few of them since there is an absurd amount. This warranty is horrible bought it for 3 grand with my car and so far they didn't cover wiring harness or multiple other things, then my radiator went out on my Cls63 Amg and they didn't even cover the hose that comes mounted on it and got me the cheapest radiator.

I just submitted a claim for new radiator be installed and air conditioning work they don't cover everything they only cover partial their first was a lie I will never buy this product again tell me a car covering quarter of the price for everything
