I had an amazing experience at NVIV. I got a laser hair removal treatment on my under arms. Kristin was very gentle and gave great customer service. I have had laser hair removal at another facility in the past and experienced a lot of discomfort during the procedure but today, I had minimal discomfort. I would highly recommend NVIV for laser hair removal!
