My experience at this branch has always been awful, which lead to my discontinuation. I took my grandmother to this branch in October to take care of some business. Mind you, my grandmother’s mobility is increasingly deteriorating and it is quite obvious. She and my grandfather have been a member of NVE back for over 30 years. She wanted to order more checks but was told by a branch manager that wasn’t there that since she has been a member for as long as she has and the amount in her account, she didn’t have to pay the ship... read more
Terrible bank in general with stupid policies and very low rates on all accounts. Also they require too much money to open up accounts
Amazing Customer Service! Having a good experience with them currently. I do recommend if you want a bank with one on one focus on their customers.
