The manager Brian should be fired!! A few years bank he randomly changed my brother's social security monthly deposits from saving ti checking without my brother's knowledge! When I called up the bank about it, t h inking it was a glitch, the manager Brian said, " oh I thought it would be easier" you're supposed to have the customer come in to sign a document to switch accounts. On 9/27/2023 at 8;30 am i stop at this branch to break $100 bill the Branch mgr. i believe his name is Brian told me that in order for NVE to break the $100 bill i had to be a customer of the bank and until that happen they could not help me .for the record i used to have an account for many years with this bank but as soon as NVE hired this MGR i observed that the customer service went down hill and even opening an simple accounts for my tenants security deposit was an issue with this Mgr. which ultimately cause me to leave... read more
They close at 12 noon on Sundays NOT 1pm or 4pm like Google maps states...drove all the way there to find out they close at 12 noon not 1pm. Waste of time...
had some miscommunication with the local branch, but got a very immediate response from Executive office and got it sorted out quickly. I would say the corporate people are very professional and they DO LISTEN. Trustworthy of where you can bank and put money with.
