I haven’t been to Nu Yu in close to 9 months. I was in Florida in the early part of the year and then had foot surgery which took me longer than expected to bounce back. I had been attempting to stay on track with my food and hydration. Finally stepped on the scale and told myself it’s time to be held accountable! I was met with enthusiasm when I came in! It was great to see a familiar face too. I found out all sorts of changes are coming to Nu Yu and I am very excited to get back on track!
