Nuvolo is the worst work order app/system I have EVER used. And I have used many throughout my time in the trades. Continuously kicks you out of the app, (at times) doesn't save work orders, makes duplicate work orders for no apparent reason... We've been using this app for almost 6 years and it STILL remains a POS. AVOID
Do not do business with this company. They have been calling me using a spoofed number to disguise their real number in an effort to trick me in answering my phone and doing business with them. Why would a business even think that this is a good idea? Any legal and legitimate business would not engage in spoofing as a method to corner companies to engage in conversations with them. Spoofing is illegal. Why would I ever do business with a company conducting in illegal practices???
