Without any notification, letter, phone call, or email - Took an unused account from positive into the negative, using fees, and closed it. When asked to fix it, the condescending woman on the phone was not polite and ultimately not useful.
OK for a small credit union. Surprisingly unhelpful when I got scammed. Same thing happened to a family member, and their larger bank just stopped the payment. For free. NuVista would have charged me almost the amount of the scam because they said it was my fault I fell for it. Some things are better with bigger banks.
