I was on hold for 4 hours trying to get ahold of a person and they disconnected the call. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Update. I called back and waited on hold for another 2 hours. No answer. I finally reached a person via online chat. It took them over an hour to resolve an issue that should have taken 2 minutes. They assured me a manager would call me back within 48 hours. It has now been 5 days and I am still waiting…
