i never come in unless i have tobut the past two times Katie has helped me and she is wonderful! bright girl very friendly and knowledgeable ive had so many issues with the nuvision website too many changes and screens to even get logged in but Katie is a great listener she understood my concerns and fixed the issue right away! I was out so fast for something I thought would take hours I have not been impressed by the lack of loactions and the ai machines I don't recognize anyone else at this location there's always temporar... read more

right off the bat the lady in the front with the blonde hair is extremely dismissive and unhelpful
Applied for a loan, pulled credit, got approved, found out value of truck, sent pictures, got title in my name. Then as I was on my way to sign the paperwork, underwriting said my vehicle did not qualify.
