This staff is wonderful!! They take great care of my husband and myself with our accounts and loans. I havent had many issues and when we did, and it was voiced, it was addressed and rectified immediately!! Fantastic place to do buisness with.

I've been banking with these guys for over ten years. They what digital. If you want a human teller , forget about it. Im okay when it comes to waiting in line... but this place never has a line and they still keep you waiting, and waiting, and waiting. 45 min! Every stinking time!!! One branch and forget about finding a branch in Washington or the Midwest. Not only that, they get all indignant if you don't want to use the kiosk. I went to obtain a loan for a travel camper and had the pleasure to deal with Tracey Bridges. She has provided the BEST customer service I have ever received from a credit union, bank, etc. She has gone above and beyond and I am SO grateful for her and the service she has provided!
