My uncle had a bank account there they were very nice so I opened a bank account on the spot.

There are 2 employees sitting at their desks. One is on the phone, the other on her computer. Neither offering to help me, the only customer in the bank. Customer service sucks.
08.26.2026 | 11:07am I see that they have banner Ai chat 24/7 but it is useless. I ask their Ai chat bot in their chat box a simple question “where to mail loan payment” as a test no response but rather I have to wait for their customer rep response forever. Useless tech ..
So far nuvision has met their CD offers and it is normally easy to reach them for assistance. And they are so friendly and professional on the phone.
