Safe America actually cared about their members. When you called customer service, they actually answered the phone. I called Nuvision the other day and the wait time was 22k minutes! No exaggeration, really, 22k! I opted for the call back. 2 days later I got a call back. Nuvision is no better than any of the large banks that are just out to rip you off with their fees. A place that resembles the DMV except worse ,worst customer service ever
On hold for 2 hours does this place even exist. How can I pay off my car loan if nobody answers the phone. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
I had a vehicle financed by them. After paying off for a month, they reported my credit on Experience as a delinquent account with a balance of $0. My credit dropped 15 points. I spend hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue, but they don't pay attention. This company is horrible. I think I should contact a lawyer or something similar.
