Mora at Nuvance Health’s Metabolic Medical Weight Loss Program in Newtown, CT, and this experience was beyond disappointing. I started the program at 195 lbs, followed every instruction exactly, and was supposed to reach 170 lbs. Instead, I ended up at 208 lbs — 13 pounds gained under medical supervision while doing everything right.
