This store is great, from the staff being so kind when you call with questions, to ordering. Shipping is about a week and well worth the time it takes to make these beautiful chains. They came well packaged. Easy to assemble with great support videos. We had a gutter guy hang it, was easy for him. He just cut a new hole and it was attached within minutes. Ordered an aluminum rain chain and accessory that ended up being back ordered. After emailing support I was promptly issued a full refund and even a personal apology. While it didn't work out for me, I would try to purchase from them again because I appreciated their customer service.
Assembly for this product is very confusing. Customer Service was not helpful with my wanting to return. They said you must hold onto all the original packaging and pay for your own shipping when you do return which was not advised before purchasing. They said if the item was not returned the way it was shipped out, I might not receive a full refund. That is also after paying for return shipping. I will not be purchasing from them in the future.
