I just received my first order from Nuts.com. The ordering process was simple and the package arrived on time, but unfortunately, the quality of the products was very disappointing. We ordered a variety of nuts, including Brazil nuts, pecans, and cashews. All of them were soft, lacked flavor, and generally tasted as though they weren't fresh. Ordered popcorn with garlic herb seasoning but I’m tasting hella cinnamon and sugar. Which is hinting at cross contamination. I understand it’s a tight space but it no reason to have order a savory popcorn and got sweet & savory

I been ordering from this company for many years after work they always changing staff but lately the new people 🙄 people they have been hiring have a lot of attitudes 😒 even and bad customers service when you are telling them how you like your popcorn they are acting like they are doing you a favor 😒 🤔 I told her if I am paying I would like better service and she told me I am canceling your order never again
