Just had an amazing experience at Nuts about Hi-Fi! Vic was incredibly helpful in helping me choose the Focal Clear MG headphones. The design is stunning, and I couldn't be happier with the sound quality. They let me test them with my favorite music in FLAC format, ensuring the highest audio quality possible. While they didn't have the Clear MGs in stock at the time, they were kind enough to let me borrow a pair of Focal Bathys while I waited for them to arrive at the shop. Jim worked with the manufacturer of my home theater screen to explore replacement opportunities after it failed (a 27 year old screen from Stewart Film Screen). He offered to attempt to repair it while most others simply would not even consider the option, offered a fantastic deal on a brand new screen, and was highly responsive and communicative. It was a pleasure working with him and I'd recommend reaching out to his company for your home theater installation needs.

A surprise shop, in what feels like the middle of nowhere. Audiophiles in Seattle need to make the trek out to Silverdale and talk to Jim and his team. First, it’s an absolutely lovely drive. When you pull up to this odd little strip-mall of shops your expectations are not high but you NEED to walk in… trust me. I recently purchased a new Grado Phono Cartridge and needed it professionally installed. I have purchased some items from Nuts about Hi-Fi in the past and have always been impressed. When I called I spoke to Matt who was very knowledgeable and said he could do the job. Matt is a real pro with deep knowledge and did an excellent job dialing in the new cartridge. He needed it a day so he could focus on the project. I picked it up the next day and am extremely happy with the result.
