Jim and his crew recently completed a major upgrade to my stereo system which I originally purchased from him 20 years ago, and I could not be happier. His knowledge, attention to detail and customer service is and has been second to none. He and crew have also completed a couple of home theater renovations over the years and continues to provide outstanding support. Thanks for all you do!
Just had an amazing experience at Nuts about Hi-Fi! Vic was incredibly helpful in helping me choose the Focal Clear MG headphones. The design is stunning, and I couldn't be happier with the sound quality. They let me test them with my favorite music in FLAC format, ensuring the highest audio quality possible. While they didn't have the Clear MGs in stock at the time, they were kind enough to let me borrow a pair of Focal Bathys while I waited for them to arrive at the shop. Jim worked with the manufacturer of my home theater screen to explore replacement opportunities after it failed (a 27 year old screen from Stewart Film Screen). He offered to attempt to repair it while most others simply would not even consider the option, offered a fantastic deal on a brand new screen, and was highly responsive and communicative. It was a pleasure working with him and I'd recommend reaching out to his company for your home theater installation needs.
These guys showed me some really great speaker options and showed that they really know their sound.
