For the past 15 years I have listened to your podcast and I have been impressed with your knowledge on nutrition. I am even more impressed with your kindness, helpfulness, and understanding about the journey people are on while working towards weight loss and a healthier way of living.
Nutritional Weight and Wellness is a calming and comfortable place for encouraging healthy goodness for your body. From my experience you’ll be doing yourself a favor for any type visit!
So far so good. I have completed 4 classes so far and feel on the way to healthier habits. I found it easier than I thought it would be to cut out the soda's and chips and replace them with "real" foods. I am enjoying exploring simple recipes and grocery shopping like I have never done before. I actually am proud of my cart at the check out lane! My partner and his kids are appreciating the healthy meals and don't seem to miss the frozen meals.
