Bruce Mensah was extremely beneficial to me after each video visit we encountered with each other. He provided much need information for me to help me gain my protein intake. He suggested information for me to attempt to try that I would have never thought of on my own. I really enjoyed each visit with him each month and I hate it had to end. Also the Healthie app was extremely helpful with following goals and communication with Bruce.

Bruce is awesome. He's very knowledgeable and more importantly explains the effects of adding or removing foods from your diet. Bruce is also reasonable and understands the importance of balance. He doesn't advocate restrictions, but rather adjustments for lifestyle.

Bruce made me a great customized meal plan that fit my diet and was helpful answering questions for me along the way. Started with weekly meetings then went to every few weeks, he’s been a great resource to help with weight loss goals. Highly recommend him for anyone ready to make a change.
