I went to Olivia when I started to get back in shape after years of poor eating habits and couch surfing. Olivia helped me understand the foods I could eat - even with an on the go busy lifestyle, where I could indulge and what my portion sizes needed to be for my body type. She provided a very healthy and realistic menu for me to follow. Highly recommend!
I started working with a dietitian at the Kraft YMCA location a few months ago, and the experience has been informative and positive. Really terrific experience working with Olivia Chadwick on a set of dietary goals! She is very knowledgeable, listened attentively to my questions/concerns, offered great advice, followed up quickly on requests, and articulated a great approach to nutrition that didn't sacrifice a lot of what I enjoy about food.
