Gives great tips on how to eating habits. I like the little switches that I made that made meals easier. Gives great fast food options that are good. Overall good experience.
I met with Grace Mammes for my initial appointment and it went very well! She was very knowledgeable on gut health and asked very thorough questions to not only get to what my eating habits are, but my lifestyle in general. I am excited to continue working with her and highly recommend anyone dealing with gut health issues work with her.
I’ve been coming to this location since mid-February and so far it’s been awesome! Grace is super sweet and encouraging, she also gives a lot of helpful tips around your lifestyle to stay on track to the meal plan. The meal plan and the meetings have been working for me as I’ve lost 7 pounds in the first two and a half weeks. I gave four stars simply because of the app’s features not because of the service I’ve received. Well worth the money if you’re looking for a dietitian to help with your weight loss journey
