I have started GLP1 medication and my primary GP suggested going to Nutrition Dynamics as a way to have additional help with my journey. My interaction with Amy Mendez has been lacking in dietary direction. Maybe I picked the wrong fit of nutritional assistance from the team? She is a very nice person but I feel like she is only coaching me, without adding helpful and direct dietary assistance. I have done most or the research on my own.
