I started seeing Bobbi in early November 2025 to work with her regarding my high A1c pre-diabetic status we worked regularly. I made changes to my diet, stopped drinking Mountain Dew and drinking more water and learning how all of the components of food work together. in early April I went in for my annual blood draw and my A1c had dropped from 6.2 back down to 5.9.
