Christine Patorniti has been an amazing nutritionist for me over the past few years. She listens, has great suggestions, incorporates your "life" into what your body needs for fuel and follows up each and every session with notes to move forward with her suggestions. I highly recommend Christine as your nutritionist!
It has been a great experience working with Christine and her team. Christine has completely changed my diet in a few years and helped me prioritize the right foods, after teaching me what those were. I read lots and lots of information on diets, macros, etc, but never put it together u til I started to see Christine and team. Christine asks tbe right questions and works in conjunction with my primary care doctor to strive for the best outcome.
These dietitians!!! I didn’t expect to like working with a dietitian this much, but they are great. They just make things make sense. I’ve been way less stressed about food and feel more confident. Definitely recommend if you want real help.
I’ve had such a positive experience with Nutrition Center of Colorado, especially when it comes to meal planning. Before working with them, I always felt overwhelmed trying to figure out what to eat. I would either overcomplicate things or fall back into the same few meals, which made it hard to stay consistent with my health goals.
