I've had an excellent experience with Nutrition Center of Colorado. I've been seeing Gina for nutrition counseling, and she is wonderful. She listens and offers great advice. She also really cares. I especially appreciate that Gina doesn't focus all attention on diet. She also checks on my activity level, sleep, mental health, and physical wellness symptoms. NCC has been a sanity saver. I work with Sarah Burkett and her approach to nutrition is logical and intuitive. Her ideas on adding extra vegetation to meals I already make for my family have been successful. I appreciate the time Sarah takes with me every few weeks and her suggestions have been spot on for me.
When I was newly diagnosed with Type One Diabetes I needed help. Even as a nurse for many years, I knew that I would need resources that could help bridge the gap in my knowledge and my lived experience; in stepped Christine! She was fantastic at helping me understand the new changes that I would make to my lifestyle. Aside from her vast knowledge, it was her kind and caring demeanor that made me feel empowered and supported. I can't speak highly enough about my experience and think she is a gift to her field.
