I coordinate an Afterschool Youth Program ranging in ages from 5 to 17 years old. During February School Break our program offered a special cooking series run by Elissa Goldman a Registered Dietician Nutritionist. Our Youth Program participants learned to choose healthy and delicious ingredients to prepare meals as a team. Planning with Elissa was stress free (if anything, I probably gave her stress).
