I just had the WORST customer service experience with this company! I made an order of three items: Granola Cereal, Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, and Ice Cream Sandwiches. Well, my order came in a very timely manner, but the frozen ice cream bar items (I'd ordered 30) were missing. I called expecting that they'd just tell me that they would send the missing items out immediately (a similar situation happened in the past and that was what they did). The program works really well if you follow it from a nutritional and dietary standpoint. However, their customer service is absolutely the worst. They will do anything in their power to try to stay on their program, including lie, deceit, and actual fraud. They claim they tape the conversations or chats, but when you asked to see them, they can never reproduce them. What a waste of time and advertising. $99.99 for what? No information provided in the brochure. Maybe that's why all your locations in Houston are permanently closed. Please, create smart advertisements, not dumb ones. I haven't tried your products, but I don't like mediocre advertisings.
Posting for mother in law. After canceling the subscription a sneaky 2nd auto renewal was still in place. Didn't know about it because it is free with the first subscriptions of food. This benefit has not been used since the food subscription was canceled. Representatives say there is nothing they can do to reverse the charge. Asked for a manager and was told there are none that have the ability to reverse the charge. While waiting for a manager was cut off. Called back and received the same response. Nutrisystem has possibly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Don't waste your money on Nutrisystem, all the food (if you can call it food) taste the same; fish, chicken, beef or vegetables, if you close your eyes & eat, you would not know the difference. You are better off eating the packaging this "food" comes in.
