Not what you expect. The "meals" they provide are tiny and they know it. In the reading material they tell you buy fruits and vegetables to fill up on because they know the food they give you is not 28 days worth. Deceptive shame on you.
I called after my first order of 30 days worth of food and They don't tell you about the cancellation charge that they charge you which I think is crazy it charged me $125 to cancel not happy with this
The food is terrible and it's not real food. When I tried to cancel my subscription to Nutrisystem they tricked me into having to pay more in order to cancel. Please do yourself a favor and don't join
