I love nutrish mish! They have taught me how to have a better relationship with food while not restricting myself and still seeing progress. While restricting can lead to binging in my case, i have learned to be mindful of the foods im eating and indulge when i feel necessary. This past year working with them has changed my life forever. Nutrishmish is the first program I haven’t wanted to give up on. Even when I have a week or two where things aren’t going well I know I have the tools now to get right back on track. I look at how I eat and what I eat differently now and do not stress like I used to about calories. Michelle and Richeal are so knowledgeable and there whenever you need them.
