There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. You must send an email and wait for someone to get back with you. Your shipments are missed, and they still charge your card and refuse to send a replacement. If you receive a defective product... they will not replace the device. You can order the product directly from Dexcom for so much less money. I would not advise anyone to use this service.

This is a scam. It doesn’t work and you will get caught in a reoccurring billing nightmare. Even after you ask to end it the keep charging you
I have been a Nutrisense customer since 2023, and had been mostly satisfied until my most recent purchase. Nutrisense is conducting research now, but they give you the 'option' of opting out. However, what they don't tell you is that if you opt out of the research they will send you Libre 1 sensors, not the Dexcom sensors that you've ordered. You place your order first (for Dexcom sensors) and then you read through pages and pages of 'research' consents that say over and over again that you have the option to opt out and tha... read more
I'm on Medicaid which they do not accept - not spending hundreds of dollars on them. Sad thing is the people Medicaid need the help sorry do not live up to your standards and need the help even when I have the health insurance you do accept will not use you shame on you!!!!
