I truly wish I could post a better review, but after almost a month, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company. In all fairness, there is some benefits to the the Nutrisense app and the concept. The app is decent and once set up fairly easy to use and delivers what it says. It has been very eye opening to understand how the food you eat and glucose interacts with your body, energy and mood. Awful customer service! They charged me even after I cancelled my subscription. Careful!
There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. You must send an email and wait for someone to get back with you. Your shipments are missed, and they still charge your card and refuse to send a replacement. If you receive a defective product... they will not replace the device. You can order the product directly from Dexcom for so much less money. I would not advise anyone to use this service.
Horrible and they will not cancel even if you try.
This is a scam. It doesn’t work and you will get caught in a reoccurring billing nightmare. Even after you ask to end it the keep charging you
