I have been a Nutrisense customer since 2023, and had been mostly satisfied until my most recent purchase. Nutrisense is conducting research now, but they give you the 'option' of opting out. However, what they don't tell you is that if you opt out of the research they will send you Libre 1 sensors, not the Dexcom sensors that you've ordered. I'm on Medicaid which they do not accept - not spending hundreds of dollars on them. Sad thing is the people Medicaid need the help sorry do not live up to your standards and need the help even when I have the health insurance you do accept will not use you shame on you!!!!
If I could give O stars, I would. Please DO NOT buy from Nutrisense. RUN. I want to reiterate my frustration with several aspects of of my experience with them. They took $350 of all of money, NO REFUND, before my CGMs even arrived, included subsription. I DID NOT EVEN USE THE CGMs or service. I went through an unexpected denial of insurance coverage for nutrition consulting after I had already committed to paying for their subscription. This has been the most awful experience. I got an awful bruise on my arm along with the app worked half the time. The black cover sticker would start to come off after a few days. This was almost 2 years ago and I canceled it. I sent pictures, everything. They have been taking $199/month from my account since then. It won’t stop. I disputed it multiple times. It will not stop.
