This place is great. I have already lost over 30 lbs in 3 months. And they do it the right way, with food not shots. They are very helpful and always eager to help.

Dr. Bragg and his team are fantastic. I started my journey on 21 May 2024 and as of 30 July 2024 I am down 70 lbs. My Body Fat % went from 35.1% down to 26.8%. The program works extremely well and the exciting thing is you learn how to keep it off. It does not matter you age. I am 61 and feel like I am in my 40's again. Thank you Bragg Weight Loss!
