Nutrimost has been very effective. I can't believe it, I'm losing a Lb a day! I'm eight days into my diet, and have lost 7 lbs. I found the right food combination, and now I think I should be able to not cheat. A big factor is finding a meat and vegetable combination, but I get a pretty broad list. Totally worth the money.
