This is a sham diet that is absurdly expensive. Notice how all the reviews are from people that have only 1 or 2 reviews on Google, most likely encouraged to "give us a great review!" Don't waste your time or money, instead educate yourself on proper ways to lose weight with moderate eating and a semi-active lifestyle. Eating 500 calories a day is neither healthy or sustainable.
I absolutely love this lifestyle and feel better than I've felt in a long time. It's different from anything else I've tried in the past, lost almost 30 pounds and even my husband who was not officially a client lost weight! I will be 60 years old next year and I'm not going back to my old way of eating. Love Nutrimost!
I have to say this program really does work as long as you follow the program you will get amazing results. I have not felt this good in several years. I have more energy as if my body finally woke up. If you are truly serious about losing weight the right way and are willing to invest in yourself, contact them and start your new journey.
