The PhytoEstrogen product is amazing!!! It has decreased my hormonal symptoms by at least 50%. I wish I would have found out about it sooner! I also love their whole food multi-vitamin called The Works. I can tell that my cravings have subsided because I'm getting the nutrients my body needs.
