I've ordered from Nutrafol twice, both times I have had shipment issues. The first time, my products just sat in a warehouse for 5 days and it took a total of 10 days to receive the product from the order date. The second time, I started a subscription, and it didn't ship for 30 days. A few months ago I had an appointment at the Queen's branch. I was told and shown lots of hair loss because of severe stress. After 6 months of product use I did not see improvement of hair loss but did begin to notice facial hair growth after 4 months of using product. Discontinued use and cancelled auto ship.
